When we started Rallyday Partners, we set out to build a different kind of private equity firm, built for founders, by founders.

We know that leadership is a key driver of success so we spend a lot of time supporting CEOs and leadership teams as they build enduring companies. We also believe that every single person inside an organization has the opportunity to make an impact. Emerging leaders and the people on the frontlines are front and center with customers and often represent the heart and soul of the businesses we build. While culture may be shaped at the top, it’s lived every day by frontline team members.

It is no secret that most leadership development is designed for managers and executives. At Rallyday, we believe everyone deserves access to growth opportunities, not just those at the top. To fill this gap we saw in the market, we began searching for an off-the-shelf program that aligned with our values and the way we think about leadership, not as a position, but as a practice.

We couldn’t find something that checked all the boxes, so we built our own.

Introducing RallyGrow

RallyGrow is an on-demand eLearning experience focused on the human skills that unlock long-term impact. We believe that these so-called “soft skills” are actually some of the hardest and most transformative to master. We also believe that in the age of AI, these skills are more important than ever.

This program is built for emerging leaders and designed to help individuals and teams build a shared language for growth across their culture. The program is meant to be actionable and impactful right away and focused on skills that will make you better professionally and personally. The program also leans into playfulness and quirkiness because life is short, and this makes learning more fun!
