Patrick brings over three decades of experience in leading and managing professional services businesses. Patrick’s career includes over 14 years at Slalom, where he played a critical role in scaling the company’s US business from $20M to over $1.6B in revenues, ultimately serving as President of the U.S. business. His success is attributed to his dynamic approach and belief that there is no one-size-fits-all blueprint for professional services organizations. Patrick’s vision for the future involves integrating the best practices from both traditional and modern professional landscapes, especially in a post-pandemic world.

Most recently Patrick was the Chief Services Officer at AHEAD, a $3B VAR where he led a $400M professional services business. There, he focused on transforming enterprise strategies with an emphasis on digital solutions and infrastructure. He also held significant roles at blackshark.ai as General Manager of North America and Head of Sales, offering operational insights to clients in emerging and socially impactful industries.

Patrick’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his involvement with successful startups like HigherMarkets and Evolve, where he led Business Development and Professional Services. His early career saw him as Director of Corporate Strategy at PeopleSoft, where he contributed to the company’s growth from 140 employees to over 10,000. He started his professional journey at Accenture, honing his skills in Information Technology consulting.

Rallydays don't just happen.
They are chosen.

You don't just show up. You rally. And at your best, you rally your team to make that choice right when the timid shrink and gravity seems stronger than possibility.

For in these moments of truth, your rally cry is the difference between winning big and losing small and your story is made then told with ever more meaning.

Make it a Rallyday!
