Rochester, NY (November 7, 2025) — Insero Advisors, LLC (Insero), a Rallyday Partners portfolio company and a leading provider of accounting, tax, and advisory services, has acquired DeMott & Smith CPAs.

DeMott & Smith CPAs was founded in 1988 and operates in Rochester, New York. Insero currently employs approximately 150 employees with offices in Rochester and Ithaca, New York. The deal will add 12 new employees to Insero, including two partners.

Insero has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of businesses and individuals. With this deal, Insero plans to enhance its tax compliance and advisory solutions, expanding capacity and capabilities for clients.
