WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CHILDHOOD MEMORY?

Camping with my extended family was a tradition I looked forward to every year. There was something magical about being unplugged, sleeping under the stars and just spending uninterrupted time together. Those experiences shaped my love of the outdoors and gave me a deep appreciation for close-knit relationships and simple joys.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR MOST DEFINING LIFE EXPERIENCE?

Becoming a parent. Raising three kids has been the most humbling, energizing and perspective-shifting experience of my life. It’s taught me the value of presence and the true meaning of commitment — all of which influence how I show up professionally and personally.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR TOUGHEST LIFE EXPERIENCE?

My hometown was devastated by a wildfire that destroyed thousands of homes — including my parents and the homes of multiple family members and close friends. It was heartbreaking to see the place that shaped so much of who I am erased so suddenly. But in the midst of the loss, I also witnessed incredible resilience, generosity and community strength.

WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE TO BE THE MOST IMPORTANT LEADERSHIP SKILL?

LISTENING. Real listening builds trust, unlocks insights and creates space for others to show up fully. Whether you’re leading a team, supporting a founder, or raising a family, the ability to listen with empathy and curiosity is foundational.

WHAT IS YOUR PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENT?

Hands down, my kids. Watching them grow, learn and build their individual identities is both awe-inspiring and grounding. They remind me daily of what’s truly important and challenge me to be a better version of myself.
