Favorite Childhood Memory:

My parents didn’t have a lock on our door because “there were too many people coming in and out for it to make sense.”  I’m the “dual-youngest” of six kids (I have a twin sister) and our house was a real sense of place for a lot of friends of the family.  It fostered an awesome community and in all the chaos of the comings and goings, we built a ton of great relationships.

Most Defining Life Experience:

I spent a year abroad on a work visa after my undergraduate degree and it changed my perspective on what life might be and allowed me to understand and appreciate the variety of our experiences.

Toughest Life Experience:

I was rejected from my college of choice and in the irrationality of adolescence, I skipped school and drove my mom’s car down to the admissions office.  I walked in and plead my case and was accepted a few weeks later.  This was my scared-straight moment!

Most Important Leadership Skill:

The ability to foster trust and then build cohesion.

Proudest Accomplishment:

Building a family with Keriann.

Padraic McConville

Managing Director

Padraic McConville is a private equity investor, business builder, and ever-aspiring conscious leader with 20 years of combined investment and executive operating experience.

Padraic was most recently a co-founder of The Parkpoint Company, an investment firm focused on backing founder and entrepreneur-led business. He was also an SVP at Partners Group ($135bn AUM), where he led the firm’s San Francisco direct equity team, and an EVP at KinderCare Education, where he oversaw the company’s B2B business unit. Padraic started his career with a lower middle market private equity firm.

Padraic leverages his entrepreneurial, operating, and investing experience (50+ companies) to inspire leaders and Rallyday partner companies to go even bigger. Padraic is a member of the SUNY Geneseo Foundation Board and an active alum.

At Rallyday, Padraic is the leader of the investment team and helps drive best practices across sourcing, execution, portfolio management, and firm management.

Padraic and his wife, Keriann, spend most of their vacation traveling to see their oversized families. They are the proud parents of two children and a black lab pup, Bruce. Padraic is a tortured Buffalo sports fan, guitar enthusiast, and per his recent move to Colorado, a (very) novice skier. Padraic holds BAs in English and Economics from SUNY Geneseo, and an MBA from Cornell University.
