Why are you inspired to work with Rallyday Partners as a Strategic Jedi? 

I’m inspired to work with Rallyday Partners for one simple reason: the people. Their mission to revolutionize the private equity landscape resonates with me – a commitment to standing shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, turning their aspirations into tangible realities. I feel fully alive being part of a team that dreams big and is determined to change the game.

Where do you think you can add the most value to companies as an individual and as a company? What is the secret sauce?

At the core of our value proposition is our identity as former operators who’ve experienced the same challenges our clients now face. This shared experience enables us to provide reliable guidance and approach our work with a human touch, understanding the intricate challenges of scaling. We are true thought partners to our clients on a range of topics, recognizing the nuanced journey of entrepreneurship. It’s from this place that we offer both strategic insights and support for founders navigating this often demanding (and sometimes lonely) path. 

How would you describe the best kind of client you enjoy working with?

My sweet spot lies in working with clients who dream big, appreciate the strategic significance of working in close collaboration and have huge amounts of grit. 

What leadership skills do you admire and why?

I admire leaders who are self-aware: demonstrating a genuine curiosity about how they move through and impact the world around them. And those leaders that take 100% responsibility for what’s occurring in their life. In hard moments (especially when we get uncomfortable), leaders who show up with a genuine curiosity about what’s unfolding and take 100% responsibility for their role in it, become a guiding light for their team and set a high standard. 

Why are you so passionate about people? What drives you?

My passion for people stems from the belief that every individual has untapped potential waiting to be unleashed. Witnessing human growth is incredibly rewarding to me. I am driven by the idea that by investing in people, we not only elevate individual lives but also the collective success of teams and organizations, and ultimately society.

Samantha is an experienced operator and conscious leadership coach. She is a startup executive who has experienced the ups and downs of scaled growth across different industries. Her roles have varied, serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO, VP of People and Head of Knowledge. Throughout those journeys, she was a fundamental force behind defining and cultivating distinctive, iconic cultures that enabled greater business impact.

At Rallyday, Samantha is part of the Architecture team in its mission to provide our portfolio companies with the blueprints to build durable, beautiful, inspired organizations. Samantha believes that if leaders go on a journey inwards to know who they really are, they can lead with love, presence and integrity. And it is from this place that they can create powerfully and experience a sense of peace, play, meaning and fulfillment.

Samantha now resides in Denver, and you will likely find her spending time with her partner in the Colorado mountains or surfing in Costa Rica.
